What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, deep breathing, and focused intention to promote overall well-being and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. It is often referred to as "moving meditation" and is renowned for its ability to enhance vitality, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. Cait also infuses her practice with various other somatic healing techniques to nurture the nervous sytem and expand body-mind awareness.

Registration: Please register on Eventbrite to secure your spot. Last minute drop-ins are also welcome.

Donation Based: This practice is donation-based, allowing everyone to participate regardless of financial means. Please pay what you can. 10% will be donated back to our community non-profit.

What to Bring: Come prepared with comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open heart. Yoga mat or blanket can be used to practice upon if prefered. No prior experience is necessary.

Community Grounding: Our sessions are not just about practicing Qigong; they're also an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and ground ourselves to recalibrate with earth's frequency (432hz).
